“Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart”
David, a psalmist, a man after God’s own heart.
“Are you asleep? Could you not keep watch for one hour? Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak”

Because he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promises of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God and is fully persuaded that God had the power to do what He promised. (Romans 4:20-21)
For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? (v24)
